1. Educational & Informational Tool
The ABIF™ (Adaptive Behavioral Intelligence Framework) assessment is an educational and informational tool designed to measure predictive behavioral drivers and conative action styles. It provides insights into how individuals naturally move from thought to action.
2. Not a Medical Tool
Trait Institute tools are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical diagnostic instruments. They do not measure mental health, clinical personality disorders, or emotional stability. Our assessments should never be used as a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Predictive Limits
While behavioral intelligence is a strong predictor of job performance and team synergy, it is not the only factor. Results should not be used as the sole basis for any high-stakes decision, including employment, promotion, academic admission, or personal relationship choices. Trait Institute makes no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes or interpersonal success based on assessment results.
4. Professional Judgment
We recommend that assessment data always be used in conjunction with other sources of information, such as interviews, resumes, professional references, and personal experience, to form a holistic view of an individual.
