The ABIF™ (Adaptive Behavioral Intelligence Framework) methodology, including its scoring algorithms, archetype classifications, 5-axis visualization models, and all primary report content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Trait Institute.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse-engineering, or commercial use of any Trait Institute assessment materials is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
2. AI Training Clause
Trait Institute expressly reserves all rights for text and data mining and the training of artificial intelligence or similar technologies. Use of any site content for the purpose of training machine learning models or AI systems without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
3. DMCA Policy
Trait Institute respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on our platform, please submit a notice to our Designated Copyright Agent.
